Toby Sowery’s sensational start to his single seater racing career climaxed in him securing the 2014 F3 Cup championship last weekend at Silverstone. Having graduated from karting with some excellent results, Toby was expected to do well, but has surpassed all expectations with the raw speed he has shown from the very start of the season. This enabled the driver from Hertfordshire to wrap up the title with another three races remaining in the championship.
By winning both rounds 13 and 14, Sowery easily increased his championship margin to 86 points to comfortably take the title. With a brilliant car provided by Lanan Racing, Sowery ended his season just as he started, in perfect form.
