After an exhilarating season, the 2014 Mini Challenge championship came to an end at Brands Hatch with Chris Knox securing the title last weekend.
With a win and a second place, Knox easily ran away with the title after increasing his point’s margin to 86 points over 2nd placed Neil Newstead. Chris has a number of options on the table for his championship winning prize but looks set to opt for a season in the new Mini Challenge generation 3 car for 2015.
Jono Brown also impressed with a spectacular return to the series with two pole positions and a win in his first race of this year following a spell on the side-lines due to medical issues.
The Cooper Class championship was won by Shane Stoney, for the second year in a row. We look forward to seeing what Shane can do if he decides to step up to the main championship in 2015.
