The ITV4 cameras were rolling yesterday when Piers Hickin crossed the line P1 in the final BARC Formula Renault race of 2014.
The jubilant youngster also managed to secure second place in the championship with his points haul from Silverstone. This was an impressive result for the 17 year old who was competing in his first full season of car racing.
The future looks very bright for Piers, as he has numerous exciting options to consider for next year.
