Alexander Sims and Ryan Motorsport Insurance are pleased to continue our relationship into 2018.
Alexander, a factory driver in BMW Motorsport’s new for 2018 M8 GTE car will again contest the Weathertech IMSA United Sportscar Championship in the USA this season, as well as selected rounds of the World Endurance Championship. Further to his GT commitments, he will also fulfil the reserve driver role at Andretti’s Formula E.
With co-drivers Connor De Phillippi and BMW stalwart Bill Auberlen, Alexander brought home the M8 GTE to a second place finish in the GTLM class, a welcome podium after a tough start to the season at Daytona.
We look forward to seeing further great results at the next round at the Long Beach Street Circuit.
